HOW TO BUY TICKETS

- Search category menu on the top. Once selected, choose the event under the event s list.

- Alternatively, you can also select the event from the upcoming events menu.

- You can also search an event on the Search Engine.

- Choose category and number of tickets you wish for the selected event.

- Select payment or reservation method.

- Fill in with your personal information and billing information.

- Confirm details, reservation or purchase.

- If you have selected CREDIT CARD, please proceed with the purchase process in the online payment gateway. You will be asked for your credit card number, CV2 code and expiration date. You will receive an SMS with the confirmation details.

- If you sent us your email address, you will receive an email with the order/ reservation information and guarantee that you will receive the tickets on time for the event.

- If you have selected BANK TRANSFER or COD (Cash on Delivery), you will receive the instructions in the email we send you to continue with the payment.

- IMPORTANT

-Your tickets will be delivered by a fast courier company.
-If you have any questions, please contact reservas@entradasmadrid.com with your booking code.
-For shipments to the Balearic Islands or the Canary Islands, delivery is preferable at a particular address or hotel within the peninsula, to avoid that you are not at the address indicated when the tickets are sent.

- Direct order delivery in delivery address or hotel.
